Director and Founder

Daniel Thomas

A message from our Director and Founder:

I started the business originally in 2005, and since then it has grown and developed into an established business. We become a limited company in 2016. Our customer base is vast from Nursery’s, schools to consumer homes and building developments. We provide commercial and domestic plumbing, heating services, gas works, installations, maintenance and legionella risk assessments.

We are a family run business who pride ourselves on the personal and friendly, but professional approach with both our employees and customers alike. Some of our team especially the engineers started with us straight from school and entered their working life with us as apprentices. I have had the privilege to see their careers develop and their knowledge grow. EMS is a great place to develop your career, People with a passion to learn, who are focused, have attention to detail, a good team work ethic and can-do attitude will thrive here at EMS.

We pride ourselves on offering apprenticeships and training to local people. It’s our little way of paying back to the community we live and grew up in, whilst providing a great opportunity to the people we employ.

We are continually striving to grow our business and customer base, and we need all our employees to help us achieve this. Each employee is a valued member of our team.
